Mocktail-Recipes Sanctum Tea

SANCTUM COCKTAILS & MOCKTAILS — A Ritual in Every Glass

A crafted drink is its own ceremony — a small pause that shapes the mood of the moment. Whether you’re welcoming the day with brightness, unwinding into evening softness, or gathering with friends, these tea-driven blends turn every sip into intention.

Each recipe offers two paths: cocktail for celebration, mocktail for clarity and ease.
The ritual doesn’t change — only the spirit does.

Choose the version that meets your moment.


1. Berry Fresca Bellini — Bright, Bubbly & Sangria-Kissed

Perfect for: brunches, celebrations, and sunny afternoons
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Sanctum Berry Fresca, brewed & chilled
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 10 oz chilled Prosecco (omit for mocktail)
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • Agave or simple syrup, to taste

Method

  1. Blend strawberries, blueberries, pineapple juice, chilled Berry Fresca, and ice.
  2. Strain if desired; sweeten to taste.
  3. Pour 2–3 oz of berry blend into each champagne flute.
  4. Cocktail: top with Prosecco.
    Mocktail: top with sparkling water.
  5. Lightly stir.
  6. Garnish with skewered berries, mint, or an edible flower.

Presentation

Serve in a sugar-rimmed champagne flute for flair.


2. Ceylon Citrus Pineapple Slush — Tropical, Sparkling, Irresistible

Perfect for: parties, long afternoons, festive tables
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Sanctum Ceylon Citrus Tea, brewed & chilled
  • 8 oz pineapple juice
  • Fresh pineapple chunks
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 cup pineapple rum (omit for mocktail)
  • 1 cup Grand Marnier (omit for mocktail)
  • Lemon-lime soda or club soda
  • 1 cup grenadine
  • Mint, for garnish
  • Agave or syrup, to taste

Method

  1. Mix chilled Ceylon Citrus Tea, pineapple juice, lime juice, pineapple rum, and Grand Marnier in a large pitcher.
  2. Sweeten if needed; add pineapple chunks.
  3. Freeze 2–3 hours until slushy.
  4. Pour into glasses; top with soda and a drizzle of grenadine.

Presentation

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
Optional rim: chili-salt or coconut sugar.


3. Moroccan Mint Mojito — Cool, Crisp & Uplifting

Perfect for: summer afternoons, picnics, light lunches
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Sanctum Moroccan Mint Tea, brewed & chilled
  • 4 oz white rum (omit for mocktail)
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup or agave
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Club soda
  • Ice

Method

  1. Gently muddle mint, lime juice, and syrup.
  2. Add rum (or skip) and chilled tea.
  3. Shake or stir.
  4. Pour over ice; top with soda.

Presentation

Serve in a highball with fresh mint and a lime wheel.


4. Crème Brulôt Iced Latte — Zero Proof Indulgence

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sanctum Crème Brulôt, brewed & chilled
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1–2 tsp brown sugar
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon

  • Optional: chocolate shavings, brûléed sugar rim

Method

  1. Stir chilled tea, milk, and sweetener.
  2. Add ice; dust with cinnamon.
  3. Optional: top with whipped cream or chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sanctum Calm, brewed & chilled
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp lavender syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Ice

Method

  1. Combine Calm tea, coconut water, lavender syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir over ice; adjust sweetness.
