At Sanctum Tea, we understand that when you place an order, you’re already dreaming about your first sip. That’s why we work diligently to get your package on its way as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of how and when your tea ships, so you can plan your wellness moments with confidence.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days from our facility. Please note that national holidays, high-volume periods, and emergency events may cause brief delays. Our shipping schedule is as follows:
UPS Next Day Air: Orders must be received by 10:30 AM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) to ship the same business day.
UPS 2nd Day and 3 Day Select: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) will ship the next business day.
USPS Priority Mail: Available for standard delivery and required for shipments to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and all APO/FPO addresses.
Our preferred carriers are UPS and USPS Priority Mail. You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout or when placing your order by phone.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please choose USPS Priority Mail for these deliveries.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS and processed within 48–72 hours.
Expect longer delivery times for these destinations and during major holidays or weekends.

For those moments when tea just can't wait:
UPS Next Day Air: Must be placed by 10:30 AM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) for same-day shipping. Orders placed later will ship the next business day.
UPS 2nd Day & 3 Day Select: Transit time is counted in business days only. Add one extra day for order processing and packing.
Example:
Order placed on Monday before 2:00 PM with 2nd Day shipping → Estimated delivery: Thursday
UPS offers Saturday delivery in select areas for an additional $15 fee. To request this service:
